Sacred Sensual Sundays

Join us for a one hour sensual movement class on Sundays at 7 AM Pacific. All you need is a computer, comfy clothes, yoga mat/ blanket, and access to phone to play music.​This class is designed for any level of movement practice from beginner to advanced. The practice involves stretch, breath, sensuality and diving deeper into the natural intuition of your body that will inevitably guide you to your authentic pleasure!
