I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding my policies. I am sole owner and a small business.

Refund Policy:

  •         At this time there is no refund for any items purchased via this site. I am happy to provide rescheduling options based on my Late Policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

  •         Cancellation Requests: I understand that unexpected experiences arise that may require you to cancel a session. Please note that cancellation requests must be emailed to ashleyphoenixtarot@gmail.com within 24 hours of your scheduled session. ​

  •         Cancellation Confirmation:

    • Once a cancellation request is received, I will review it and confirm the cancellation status within 1-2 business days.

  •         Exceptions:​

  •         Modification of Policy:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check our website for the most current version of our cancellation policy.

Late Policy

  • Definition of Lateness:

    • Lateness is defined as not joining class within 10 minutes of the start time.

  • General Expectations:

    • Clients are asked to arrive promptly for scheduled events and sessions.

  • Communication:

    • If a client anticipates being unable to meet, they are expected to communicate this in advance via written communication to ashleyphoenixtarot@gmail.com.

  • Appeals:

    • This policy will be reviewed periodically and may be revised as needed. Any changes will be communicated to all clients.
