Meet Your Teachers
Ashley and Brooke bring over 15 years of experience each to their work, blending intuitive, heart-centered guidance with clinically grounded therapeutic care. Together, they offer a deeply integrative approach that honors both the spiritual and psychological dimensions of healing.
Ashley is a heart-centered Tarot Advisor, Sacred Circle Leader, and Certified Body Reader & Sensual Embodiment Coach. Her work is devoted to supporting individuals on their path of spiritual exploration and embodied awakening. Through a gentle, holistic approach, she helps clients reconnect with their sensuality, deepen self-awareness, and integrate transformative experiences into everyday life.
Brooke is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in somatic embodiment work, supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. She integrates modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and body-based practices to address the brain-body connection, helping clients regulate their nervous systems and build sustainable tools for healing and fulfillment.
Together, Ashley and Brooke create a grounded yet expansive space where intuitive wisdom meets therapeutic expertise. Their collaborative work supports deep healing, embodied awareness, and meaningful, lasting transformation.
