Brooke and Ashley have over 10 years experience.

  • Brooke is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over fifteen years of experience, specializes in somatic embodiment work to support clients through trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. She integrates somatic modalities like body reading through dance, EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness to address the brain-body connection and resolve trauma symptoms. Brooke helps her clients regulate their nervous systems and build skills for a fulfilling life.

  • For the past 15 years, I have nurtured my skills as a heart-centered Tarot Advisor, Sacred Circle Leader, and Certified Body Reader & Sensual Embodiment Coach. My heartfelt commitment is to support you on your unique journey of spiritual exploration and embodiment. I offer a gentle blend of services rooted in holistic wellness, and with compassion and care, I harmonize energies and awaken profound sensual awareness within those I serve.
